FEES & TUITION

 

Tuition includes: Classroom supplies, textbooks, snacks and, all educational programs used by the students. All students must however, pay the annual Material Fee for Montessori Materials.

Apply for the Discovery Scholarship and receive up to 20% off tuition. This scholarship fund is open 

to incoming Primary and Elementary students only. Scholarship applications close January 15, 2020.

 

2019 - 2020 YEARLY TUITION (August to May)

$6500  | Half Day Toddler Program - 2 years to 3 years (5 days a week from 8:45 – 12:00)

$8000  | Full Day Toddler Program - 2 years to 3 years (5 days a week from 8:45 – 2:45)

$9250  | Full Day Primary Program - 3 years to 5 years (5 days a week from 8:25 – 3:00)

$9250  | Full Day Elementary Program - 1st to 6th grade (5 days a week from 8:25 – 3:00)

$12000| Extended Day (5 days a week from 7:30 - 5:30)

Tuition may be paid in ONE yearly payment due July 15th, TWO payments for each semester due July 15th and December 15th, or TEN equal monthly installment payments from August to May. Yearly payments are discounted by 5% and bi-annual by 3%.

 

FEES

$500 | New Family fee - This is a one time fee for new families joining Princeton Preparatory Schools. This fee serves to support staff development and the further development of Princeton Preparatory's Schools academic programs and facilities.

$300 | Student Material fee - This is an annual fee that goes toward the cost of purchasing and replacing Montessori hands on materials, and Classical Education curriculum for each classroom.

  1. Tuition is due the 1st of each month. Cleared funds must be received by the School no later than 4:00pm on the 5th of each month after which a late fee of $50 is charged. If the due date falls on a public holiday or a weekend, payment must be made no later than the working day immediately prior to the due date to avoid a late fee. 

  2. The withdrawal of a student from the school requires a one month notice in writing and is subject to prior agreement with the Head of School. Failing this, a one month payment will be charged to the student account.

  3. A 3% reduction in tuition is made for the second sibling, the children of serving members of military families and teachers. Please bring proof of ID and or membership when enrolling.

  4. An additional 3% will be added to any tuition payments involving the use of any type of debit or credit card.

EXTENDED CARE ENROLLMENT | Princeton Preparatory School offers extended care for currently enrolled students as a service to parents who require care for children outside of the regular school hours. Families requiring extended care on a consistent basis should complete an Extended Care Contract. Availability for Extended Care is not guaranteed to students without an Extended Care Contract. Daily rates are $15 for afternoon care, and $5 for early morning drop off before 8:00 am. 

 

AFTER-SCHOOL PROGRAM | The Princeton Preparatory Schools After-school Program is only open to currently enrolled students.

 

DROP-IN CARE & BILLING | Drop-In extended care requires 24-hour notice and will be subject to space availability. Students remaining after 3:30 will be sent to the After-school Program, and parents will be billed accordingly.

POTTY TRAINING | All children entering the Primary program must be potty trained. Children who are not yet fully potty trained are placed in the toddler program until they are fully potty trained.

ONLINE PAYMENTS | An additional 3% will be added to any tuition payments involving the use of our online payment portal.

SUMMER SCHOOL RATES | Princeton Preparatory Schools is a year round school. Summer rates remain the same as the yearly rates. We do not offer weekly or daily rates during summer school.

LUNCH | Lunch is not included in tuition. Parents should provide a nutritious lunch for their child each day. It is also the parent’s responsibility to make certain that these lunches meet the USDA guidelines for nutritional needs.
